With 20+ years in career and leadership development, he understands the services and processes associated with coaching leaders and human resource strategies. With his broad experience, he has the ability to consolidate and synthesize information for customized tools and reports that assist with goal setting, progress reporting, feedback, and evaluations.
After a satisfying career in public education, both at the secondary and university level, Dan joined a firm in the career management sector. This provided the opportunity to develop, deliver, and market services to HR professionals in a large cross-section of industries. Later as a project manager, Dan worked with sales professionals and human resource managers to organize large training events and develop meaningful reporting strategies for projects throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Having lived in Brussels and London Dan is sensitive to cultural differences.
Dan is the author of Values Architect, a values clarification tool for individuals wishing to identify their core values. Those values will be incorporated into a values floorplan which will be used in making personal and professional decisions.

Dan earned his B.A. in English from Anderson University and his M.Ed. from Ball State University.
